Status & Goals for May 2008

Every month, I’m going to record my short- and long-term goals so I have something to measure my progress against. Here’s May ‘08.
Starting weight: 127 lbs
Goal for May: To go to the gym at least 6 times a week for the rest of the month.
6-month goal: To walk, sit, and stand evenly on both legs, and to fit back into my red jeans.
Yes, that’s a pretty modest goal for this month, but forming the habit is the hardest part, and is crucial if any of the rest of it is going to work, right?
